COLLEGE GOAL
Specifically, CBA aims:
To train and develop mangers in the field of business administration who will promote managerial competence and professionalism, and to contribute effectively towards the attainment of productivity, enterprise growth, and a sustainable business environment.
To produce Certified Public Accountants who will answer the needs of professionals in the government, the commerce and industry, the education and public sectors.
To develop technically capable professionals in the field of financial management who will promote value creation to various clientele in the face of changing and globalized financial environment.
To train and develop well-rounded entrepreneurs who will increase productivity in the community and eventually provide employment.
To produce graduates with specialized skills and knowledge who will be responsive to the challenges of the fast-changing field of business information and communications technology.
To train and develop technically competent and socially responsible economist who will formulate sound economic policies, programs and solutions to countervail socio-economic problems with the end view of accelerating economic development and stability.
To harness the skills of students and to hone their intellect through critical thinking, applied research and self-discipline.

BIS DEPARTMENT OBJECTIVES
To produce IT professionals possessing competence and skills in utilizing and managing hardware, software, and peopleware so as to assist their clientele in achieving optimal use of information and communication resources.
To maintain a practical, effective and relevant BIS curriculum in the light of a fast-changing information age.
To educate the students with the applications of new ICT tools and emerging trends in the field of ICT as means of keeping abreast with globalization and e-commerce.
To conduct workshops, ICT researches, seminars and similar activities which will enhance the learning process of students.
To establish linkages with relevant organizations, government agencies and business firms using state-of-the art information and communication resources.
To harness their leadership skills through extra-curricular activities anchored on activities of the JPCS student organization.
To inculculate in them patriotism, honesty, integrity, social responsibility and other positive virtues.
